Hi all. Having an issue with a buyer on ebay who just purchased my pristine GBA SP and is claiming it has a deep mark on it that she claims isn't visible but can be felt, thus she is refusing to take a picture of it and send it to me. She's threatening claims and all kinds of crap. I am certain this unit had no such 'mark' because it was owned and used only by me and I obsess over my gaming stuff. I would have had a heart attack if it had gotten such a 'mark' at some point. That, and I have all the images I took of the unit in high resolution and I can clearly see no such mark anywhere on the unit as I took pictures from all sides, open and closed.
Every Nintendo Switch comes with a unique identifier: a serial number. Luckily, that number can be found on the bottom of an unopened Switch in a viewable window. Thanks to some very helpful community sharing, some in the Independent Gaming Community have come up with a confirmed list of serial numbers for Switch consoles running firmware 1.0.0 through 4.0.1.
So my question is, does each SP have it's own serial number? I'll have a case to fight her if they have unique serial numbers because she won't be able to prove it without a picture of the unit being open with a matching serial number AND said mark on the same unit. I wasn't able to find any info about this on the net. Any help would be appreciated!
